Welcome to the walleyenee website (www.walleyeneeshop.com). Consumers who purchase from this site have the right to a seven-day appreciation period for the arrival of goods. Please return the product to us within seven days of receipt and return it to us within seven days.
If the total order does not reach the free shipping threshold after return, the shipping cost will be deducted from the shipping cost; we will provide you with a full refund within seven days of receiving your returned merchandise using your payment method.
*Remind you that the appreciation period is not a trial period. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, unopened, unworn and unused, with tags, and in the original packaging; otherwise, no returns will be accepted.
If your return is accepted, we will provide you with specific return instructions and shipping information. Items sent back without prior request for return will not be accepted.

Damage and Problems
Please inspect the merchandise you receive upon receipt of the package. It is recommended that you take a video of the package upon receipt and open the box. If the merchandise is defective, damaged or received in error, please take a photo or video and contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the problem and address it.
Non-returnable items
Gift cards, event discounted items are not returnable.
Exchange Service
We only provide return service, if you need to exchange, please return the product you have for a refund, once the return is accepted, please purchase a new product directly, thank you!
Refund process
