Available in stock : Most of the goods are in stock. After confirming the order, they will be shipped within 2 working days (postponed every Saturday and Sunday). And it will be delivered to the designated address within 2~3 days after shipment.
Pre-ordered products : The pre-order time is 7~20 working days, and will be shipped in the order of order payment after arrival.
Payment Method
At present, four payment methods are available: "cash on delivery, credit card payment, transfer and remittance, and convenience store pickup and payment".
- Credit card payment : If the payment is not completed within one hour after the order is established, the system will automatically cancel the order.
- Transfer remittance : Please be sure to leave a message on the official website "My Account -> Order Inquiry" after remittance to provide the last 5 codes of the remittance account number and the account name for easy verification. The system will automatically cancel the order after three days without payment.
- Home Delivery Cash on Delivery : The goods will be delivered by home delivery, and the payment will be collected when the goods are delivered. When the goods are delivered, we will contact you by phone. Please be sure to keep the phone open.
- Convenience Store pick-up and payment : The goods will be delivered by the designated Convenience Store logistics, and the payment will be collected when the goods are delivered. The goods must be picked up within seven days after the goods are delivered to the designated store.
*After the product is shipped, if it is not picked up or rejected when it is delivered to the designated place, a record of non-pickup will be generated in the member profile. If the record of not picking up the package reaches more than 2 times (including 2 times), it will no longer be possible to order by cash on delivery in the future.
*Home delivery personnel only provide delivery and payment collection services. If members have any questions about the products they receive, please contact the customer service on the official website directly. The delivery personnel cannot handle returns or exchanges for you.
Shipping Services and Shipping Fees
At present, we provide convenience store pick-up and home delivery to Taiwan's main island and Taiwan's outlying islands, and it takes 1 to 3 working days for delivery.
Home delivery on the mainland of Taiwan : When a single order is less than NT$2,000, an additional shipping fee of NT$80 is required; additional shipping discounts can be provided in conjunction with marketing activities.
Home delivery to outlying islands in Taiwan : An additional shipping fee of NT$200 is required; the shipping fee discount for marketing activities is not yet available.

Common Questions
Why was my return rejected?
1. The hesitation period has exceeded 7 days, and refunds cannot be processed.
2. If any item in the order to be returned has been opened or is missing, the return and refund cannot be processed.
(Complete definition is: genuine products and gifts have not been opened, and the outer plastic film has not been torn. Packaging, cartons, accessories, invoices, paper DM .. etc.
3. The product you want to return is different from your order. If all the products (including gifts) in this order are not sent back and packaged properly, this will affect your right to return the product.
What should I do if I received an incorrect or defective item?

I have placed an order and completed the payment, can I still cancel the order?
1. If your order has been paid for, contact customer service within 24 hours after the order is completed, and we can cancel the order for you and handle the refund procedure (the handling fee for the refund will be borne by the consumer)
2. If your order has been paid and shipped, the order cannot be canceled. Please contact customer service to apply for a return and refund immediately after receiving the goods, and ensure that the package is complete and unopened.
